Two Brothers.
One Promise.
The founders and the first van
On the job, 1960s
In 1960, brothers Warren J. and Nelson Gottier started delivering heat to their neighbors in Vernon, Connecticut. The van said “Warren J. Gottier Plumbing & Heating.” The promise was simpler: show up, do it right.
Three generations later, the company is still family-owned, still on West Main Street, and still answering the phone at 2 a.m. when a burner quits. The trucks got bigger. The promise didn’t change.
The tagline has been on the door the whole time: “First in Service Since 1960!”
